Land
3 paintings, 2012–2014
Land approaches landscape as a sensory and psychological field rather than a specific place. Using color and gesture in place of depiction, these paintings register horizon, depth, and atmosphere as lived experience. Built through layering and revision, the work treats land as something internalized—shaped by memory, movement, and time—rather than something merely observed.
